Seven Care Services provides supported living to younger adults living within the community.
Supported living allows you to live independently and have control over how and when you receive support.
All support is tailored to each person’s individual needs, through a structured care and support plan, which encourages each person to take control of their lives and work towards achieving their personal goals. Support is focused on eight key areas:

Our accommodation is modern, furnished and has access to WIFI internet with maintenance support included. Alternatively, we can help you source accommodation in the community you live.
Our flexible support is tailored to your needs, whether you are looking for a few hours a week or more.
