We are currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Community Nurse. We are a fast-evolving health and social care organisation and have an exciting new platform about to be launched. Working hours are Monday to Friday however, there may be occasional evening and weekend work to facilitate safe hospital discharges.

As young people are referred to our service, it will be the role of the Clinical Community Nurse to complete an initial assessment, train staff on delegated social care tasks, assess for competencies, formulate policies and operating protocols.
We also have an exciting CPD and training programme for committed staff currently for the following modalities: oxygen therapy, tracheostomy care management and ventilators; nutritional care for example gastrostomy and nasogastric tube management.
About You
We are looking for experienced Clinical Community Nurse with professional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and a full enhanced DBS. Previous experience working with children and young people experiencing complex care in the community is also essential.
Due to the vulnerable nature of our clients, sound knowledge and experience of identifying risk and adhering to appropriate safeguarding procedures, is also an essential part of this role.
