Coventry & Warwickshire NHS Autism Assessment Clinic 

Seven Care Services will receive a referral from the NHS. 

We will contact parents/guardians to book an appointment via our online booking portal at their convenience. 

First appointment is a collateral interview with the parent/guardian and a clinician conducted via our online portal. The link is sent at the time of booking and no software needs to be downloaded. 

Second appointment is a face-to-face consultation with the young person at our clinic in Coventry City Centre. We request that this occurs within 72 hours of the first appointment. 

An MDT will be conducted with the clinicians involved with the case once both assessments have been completed to form a diagnosis. 

Parents/guardians will be contacted by the lead clinician and informed of the diagnosis once concluded. 

A report will be produced and sent to the parents/guardians within 28 days of feedback call. 

The NHS will then be notified of the outcome.
