Jeb Singh Chief Executive Officer 

After graduating from Nottingham Law School, Jeb embarked on a career in social care, driven by a passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. 
 
Over the course of his 20+ year career, Jeb has held senior management positions across a variety of settings, including domiciliary care, residential care, and extra care services. His experience spans both adult and children’s services, showcasing his versatility and deep commitment to supporting individuals at all stages of life. 
 
Jeb’s career includes working in the private sector, NHS, and as part of a regulatory body, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the social care landscape. He possesses extensive expertise in Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Ofsted regulations, ensuring that services meet and exceed the highest standards of care. 
 
Jeb’s leadership and dedication continue to drive innovation and quality within the social care sector. 

Angelique Ashby Clinical Lead 

Angelique began her nursing career in 1987 at Kettering General Hospital, qualifying as a Registered General Nurse (RGN). Her early career saw her excel in key areas such as Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, and Accident & Emergency (A&E). 
 
Building on her experience, Angelique expanded her expertise by becoming a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). Over her extensive career, she has worked across a broad spectrum of mental health services, including: 
 
Crisis and Home Treatment Teams 
Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) 
Forensic Mental Health 
 
In recent years, Angelique has combined her clinical experience with education, earning a teaching qualification and thriving as a Clinical Nurse Educator, where she has mentored and trained the next generation of healthcare professionals. 
 
Angelique further enhanced her expertise by completing a master’s qualification in Mental Capacity and Best Interests at Teesside University, underlining her commitment to delivering person-centred care while ensuring ethical and legal compliance in her practice. 
 
Her career reflects a deep dedication to improving mental health services and supporting individuals at every stage of their care journey. 

Rachel McCrone Clinical Trainer  

Rachel is a highly experienced Registered General Nurse, qualified since 1990. With over three decades in healthcare, she has held diverse roles in surgery, medicine, and both primary and secondary care settings. 
 
Rachel’s primary specialism lies in rehabilitation and spinal cord injury. She spent 13 years at the renowned Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital Trust, primarily caring for spinal patients, including those requiring ventilator support. 
 
Her expertise extends to clinical case management, having overseen complex care packages for individuals with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, spinal injuries, and other neurological conditions. 
 
More recently, Rachel has brought her skills to a prison healthcare setting, where she managed shifts and ensured that the diverse health needs of over 1,000 individuals were met effectively. 
 
Passionate about mentoring, Rachel is dedicated to training staff and creating a supportive working environment that fosters both personal and professional growth. She believes her extensive experience allows her to bring valuable insights and a deep commitment to improving patient care. 

Dr Gail Coleman - Oluwabusola Senior Clinical Psychologist 

Dr. Gail Coleman-Oluwabusola brings over two decades of experience as a Clinical Psychologist to Seven Care Services. Her extensive career spans diverse roles in child and adolescent mental health, autism diagnostics, trauma intervention, and service development. 
 
Dr. Coleman holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Liverpool and has completed specialised training in autism assessments, including the Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R) and Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2). Her expertise extends to psychodynamic therapy, systemic family therapy, and addressing the mental health needs of underrepresented groups. 
 
Throughout her career, Dr. Coleman has demonstrated a passion for improving access to care for individuals with complex needs, including those with autism and learning disabilities. She has been instrumental in designing inclusive services, conducting psychological assessments, and providing therapy for children and families. Additionally, she has worked on trauma-related initiatives, such as the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA), and has contributed to national conferences and academic publications. 
 
As MDT Lead, Dr. Coleman oversees the delivery of high-quality autism assessments at Seven Care Services, ensuring they are aligned with NICE guidelines. Her dedication to evidence-based practices and holistic support underpins our mission to empower individuals and families. 
 
Dr. Coleman’s leadership and expertise continue to shape innovative, compassionate care at Seven Care Services, fostering positive outcomes for clients across the UK. 
 
 

Claire Geary  Consultant Specialist Nurse/Trainer RNLD 

Claire is a highly experienced Registered Learning Disability Nurse and trainer, with over 15 years of experience across acute, community, and specialist supported living settings. Her diverse career highlights include managing services for individuals with complex needs and delivering impactful training across a wide range of topics. 
 
Training Expertise 
Claire delivers tailored training sessions, from basic awareness courses to specialist workshops, including clinical skills development. Her commitment to education ensures that staff are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to provide exceptional care. 
 
Transforming Care Advocate 
Claire is deeply passionate about the Transforming Care Agenda, which aims to improve care for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Recently, she played a pivotal role in facilitating the transfer of complex care packages from secure mental health hospitals to community-based settings, ensuring safe and effective transitions for individuals. 
 
NHS Contributions 
In addition to her training and advocacy work, Claire conducts Learning Disability Mortality Reviews (LeDeR) on behalf of the NHS, contributing to the ongoing improvement of care for people with learning disabilities.

Ruth White  Consultant Specialist Nurse/Trainer RNLD 

Ruth is a Specialist Learning Disability Nurse with over 20 years of experience in providing high-quality care and support across a wide range of settings, including:

Secure Hospitals 
Community Services 
Complex Care Environments 
 
Training Expertise 
A qualified trainer, Ruth delivers tailored sessions focused on autism and learning disability-specific training, equipping staff with the knowledge and skills needed to provide outstanding care. Her training programmes are designed to meet the unique needs of individuals with learning disabilities, promoting best practices and person-centred approaches. 
 
Specialist Health Facilitation Projects 
Ruth also leads specialist enhanced health facilitation projects on behalf of a local Integrated Care Board (ICB). Her work focuses on increasing the uptake and quality of annual learning disability health checks, ensuring individuals receive the healthcare and support they need to thrive.
