Seven Care Services works closely with young people, their families, and schools to provide emotional and psychological support to those who may be experiencing mental health difficulties.

We are currently recruiting for experienced Associate Clinical Psychologists. We are a fast-evolving mental health organisation and can offer a steady flow of referrals, clinical supervision and we have an exciting new platform about to be launched. Working hours can be chosen flexibly to suit you across a 7-day week (evenings included).

As young people are referred to our service, it will be the role of the Clinical Psychologist to complete an initial assessment of the presenting difficulties, feeding back assessment outcomes and recommendations to the relevant parties. Dependent on identified needs, it may also be necessary to provide ongoing therapy and support to those referred to our services.

We also have an exciting CPD and training programme for committed staff currently for the following modalities; ADOS, Dyadic Dynamic Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

About You

We are looking for experienced Clinical Psychologists with professional registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a full enhanced DBS. Previous experience working with children and young people experiencing psychological and behavioural difficulties is also essential. Candidates are expected to have a good understanding of the evidence-base and the ability to administer psychological assessments where required.

Due to the vulnerable nature of our clients, sound knowledge and experience of identifying risk and adhering to appropriate safeguarding procedures, is also an essential part of this role.
