We are delighted to announce that Seven Care Services has been awarded a new contract with Coventry City Council and Coventry & Warwickshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) to deliver supported living and day opportunities for adults with autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs.
This award recognises our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care across Coventry and Warwickshire. Our new service will focus on empowering adults to live independently, access community opportunities and achieve their personal goals with the right level of support.
Key aspects of our new service include:
Supported Living: Tailored support to help people maintain their own homes, develop life skills and be part of their local community.
Day Opportunities: Meaningful activities designed to promote independence, confidence and wellbeing, including education, work experience, leisure and social inclusion.
Clinical Oversight: All support workers will receive regular clinical supervision from our multidisciplinary team, ensuring best practice and safeguarding at every stage.
We are especially excited to build strong partnerships with Coventry City Council and Coventry & Warwickshire ICB, working collaboratively to reduce health inequalities and improve outcomes for adults with complex needs.
This new contract also brings employment opportunities for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers. We are recruiting individuals who are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. Full training, ongoing development and clinical supervision will be provided as part of our commitment to staff wellbeing and professional growth.
