We are proud to announce that Seven Care Services has been successfully awarded a contract by Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust to support the delivery of Children and Young People Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments as part of a waiting list backlog clearance programme.
This appointment reflects our proven track record of working in partnership with NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Systems to deliver timely, high-quality, NICE-aligned autism assessments, while maintaining a strong focus on clinical governance, consistency, and family experience.
Working in Partnership to Reduce Waiting Times
Long waits for autism assessments can place significant pressure on children, young people, and their families. Through this programme, Seven Care Services will work closely with CNWL clinicians and operational teams to safely and effectively reduce the existing backlog, ensuring that children and young people receive assessments as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
Our multidisciplinary clinicians will deliver face-to-face diagnostic assessments, using recognised tools such as ADOS-2 and comprehensive developmental histories, with clear diagnostic conclusions and actionable recommendations.
New Central London Clinic
To support this work, we will be establishing a dedicated clinic in Central London, enabling accessible, local assessment provision for families across the CNWL footprint. The clinic will operate to NHS standards and integrate seamlessly with Trust pathways, governance, and reporting requirements.
A Commitment to Quality and Outcomes
All assessments delivered as part of this programme will include:
Clear diagnostic outcomes
Comprehensive clinical reports
Practical recommendations for education, health, and community support
Alignment with NICE CG128 guidance
Robust safeguarding, consent, and quality assurance processes
Where appropriate, families will also receive post-diagnostic guidance and signposting, supporting next steps following diagnosis.
Our Ongoing NHS Partnerships
Seven Care Services already works with multiple NHS Trusts and commissioners across England, supporting:
Backlog clearance programmes
Right to Choose pathways
Complex and co-occurring presentations
System-wide improvements to autism diagnostic capacity
This new partnership with CNWL represents a further step in our mission to reduce health inequalities, shorten waiting times, and improve outcomes for children and young people.
