As the year draws to a close, we would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

2025 has been an incredibly successful and landmark year across our group, and we are proud of what has been achieved through the dedication of our teams, the trust of our partners, and the families and individuals we support.

A Year of Growth Across the UK and Ireland

2025 has been a year of significant progress for Seven Care Services, marked by growth across both our diagnostic and care services.

During the year, we opened two new autism assessment clinics in Devon and Norfolk, expanding access to high-quality, face-to-face diagnostic assessments and supporting local systems to reduce waiting times.

We were also proud to secure national autism and ADHD assessment contracts through NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) and NHS Sourcing, enabling us to support NHS partners across multiple regions with scalable, clinically robust assessment pathways.

Alongside our diagnostic growth, we continued to strengthen our care services. In 2025, we were delighted to win supported living contracts with Coventry City Council and Warwickshire County Council, including specialist supported living provision for young people aged 16+. These awards reflect confidence in our model of care and our commitment to delivering safe, trauma-informed, and person-centred support for children and young people with complex needs.

Expanding Our Vision

We were also delighted to purchase Foyers Lodge, a truly special property with a rich heritage. This marks an exciting new chapter as we develop a space dedicated to wellbeing, reflection, and specialist retreats, aligned with our wider commitment to mental health, neurodevelopment, and family support.

Success for Our Sister Company – Cognitive Support

We are equally proud of the achievements of our sister company, Cognitive Support. During 2025, Cognitive Support opened four autism assessment clinics across the South East Community Healthcare (SECH) area of Ireland, significantly increasing capacity and access for families.

In addition, Cognitive Support was awarded a contract with the Health Service Executive, marking a major milestone and reinforcing the quality, governance, and clinical integrity of services delivered across Ireland.

Thank You

None of this would be possible without the dedication of our staff and clinicians, the confidence of commissioners and partners, and the trust of the individuals and families we support. Your hard work, professionalism, and compassion sit at the heart of everything we do.

As we look ahead to 2026, we do so with gratitude, ambition, and a continued commitment to improving lives through high-quality, ethical, and compassionate care.

From everyone across our group, we wish you a peaceful Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year.
