At Seven Care Services, we provide Ofsted-regulated supported living for children and young people aged 16 to 18 with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex care requirements.
Our goal is to create safe, nurturing, and structured environments where young people can gain independence, maintain their education, and prepare for a smooth and supported transition into adulthood.

We currently offer supported living placements in Coventry and Warwickshire. Each placement is modern, fully furnished, and equipped with Wi-Fi, providing a comfortable and connected living environment for young people.
Transitioning into Adulthood
We understand that the move from children’s services to adult life can be challenging. Our support model focuses on building life skills, confidence, and independence, while ensuring continuity of care during this key stage.
We work closely with families, schools, children’s services teams, and adult service teams to create a personalised transition plan that prepares each young person for the next stage of their journey.
Who We Support
Our services are tailored for young people who may:
Have a diagnosis of autism or be undergoing assessment.
Have learning disabilities and require specialist support.
Experience mental health needs requiring structured daily living support.
Have complex care needs, including delegated healthcare tasks.
We can accommodate bespoke packages with high staffing ratios (1:1 or 2:1) to meet individual needs.
