At Seven Care Services, we deliver clinical-led care packages for individuals with complex health, behavioural, or social care needs.
Our services are overseen by experienced clinical professionals, ensuring every package is safe, evidence-based, and tailored to the individual. We work closely with commissioners, multi-disciplinary teams, and specialist services to support people in a wide range of settings, including community placements, specialist units, and secure step-down environments.
Transition from Secure Placements
We have extensive experience working with commissioners to safely transition individuals from secure hospitals, CAMHS units, or other restrictive settings into the community.
This includes those removed from their previous placement via the Court of Protection, where urgent intervention and a structured transition plan are required.
Our approach ensures:

Specialist Packages in Units
