Our Leadership Team 

At Seven Care Services, our leadership team brings together a wealth of expertise in health and social care, clinical governance, training, and specialist assessments. 
We are committed to delivering high-quality, regulated services across the UK, underpinned by CQC and Ofsted compliance, strong clinical oversight, and a person-centred approach. 

Jeb S Chatha CEO 

Jeb has extensive experience in health and social care leadership, including senior positions within the NHS, regulatory bodies, and large care organisations. He oversees operational delivery, compliance, and strategic development, ensuring services meet the highest standards while remaining responsive to individual needs. 

Reita Lebrock Operations Director 

Reita’s career spans decades in the care sector, progressing from frontline support roles to senior operational management. She has managed services for individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex care, ensuring smooth operational delivery and high-quality outcomes. 

Angelique Ashby Clinical Lead 

A dual-registered nurse, Angelique provides clinical oversight for all Seven Care Services operations. 
 
She ensures services meet NICE guidelines and best practice standards, while maintaining robust safeguarding and governance procedures. 

Rachel McCrone Clinical Trainer 

Rachel brings specialist expertise in training and professional development for care and clinical staff. She designs and delivers evidence-based training programmes, ensuring our workforce remains skilled, compliant, and confident in delivering specialist support. 

Dr Gail Coleman-Oluwabusola Clinical Psychologist 

Dr Gail is a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist with expertise in autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and mental health. She plays a key role in clinical assessments, supervision, and service development, ensuring interventions are evidence-based and person-focused.
